Standard advice when buying school software in Pakistan is to insist on a data-export clause in writing, because being locked in with your own student records is the expensive way this goes wrong. It’s good advice. So rather than make you ask, here’s ours, published.
You own it
Your school owns its data. Edflo stores and processes it on your behalf and never sells it or shares it with third parties for marketing.
Export any time, free
A full export of your school's data is available on request at any time during your subscription, at no charge, within 7 working days.
A clean exit
Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is permanently deleted from active systems, and from backups on the normal backup rotation.
No lock-in
No long-term lock-in. Premium is billed quarterly in advance and can be cancelled with one month's written notice.

Exactly what you can

Not a summary or a report, but the underlying records, in formats you can open and import elsewhere: Excel / CSV and PDF (report cards, receipts, ledgers).
