Admissions

Run your admissions online, from enquiry to enrolled student

One link in your advert, your WhatsApp broadcast and on your gate banner. Every enquiry arrives in Edflo with the campaign it came from, and becomes a student without anyone re-typing it.

Admission season is won on two things: how many families enquire, and how many of those enquiries somebody actually follows up. Edflo gives you the form, the link you put in front of them, and the pipeline behind it, so an enquiry from a Facebook advert on Monday is an enrolled student by Friday without being typed out twice.

Where admission enquiries go missing

Most schools advertise well and lose enquiries badly. The advert points at a WhatsApp number or a free form, and the replies land somewhere that is not the system the admission will eventually be typed into. Somebody copies them across by hand, or somebody does not.

  • ×Enquiries spread across WhatsApp, a notebook and a spreadsheet
  • ×No idea which advert, banner or broadcast produced which admission
  • ×A parent who enquired twice counted as two families, or missed entirely
  • ×A promising enquiry nobody rang back, found weeks later
  • ×The same details typed once by the parent and again by the office

How Edflo helps

01

One link, everywhere you advertise

Build your admission form from a ready template, rename its link to something you are happy to print, and share it. Put it in a Facebook or Instagram advert, a WhatsApp broadcast, your school website, or a QR code on the banner at the gate. Parents open it on a phone with no app, no account and no password.

  • A readable link on forms.edflo.io, not a code nobody can type
  • A QR code for printed banners, flyers and the school gate
  • Embed the same form in your own school website
  • Ask for the B-Form, a birth certificate or a photograph as an upload
02

Know which advert actually brought the admission

Make a named link for each campaign and Edflo counts the whole funnel behind it, not just the leads. Forty enquiries from four hundred clicks is a triumph. Forty from twelve thousand is a problem you would otherwise never see.

  • Views, Unique visitors, Starts, Submissions and a conversion rate, for every campaign separately
  • Attribution that survives Facebook rewriting your link
  • Automated crawler traffic counted separately, so a WhatsApp broadcast does not inflate your numbers
  • Unique visitors are counted per day and without cookies, so nothing is stored on the visitor's device. Two people sharing one office connection count as one, and the same parent returning tomorrow counts again.
03

Every enquiry becomes somebody's job, then a student

A submission is the start of the work, not the end of it. Each enquiry gets a status, an owner and a follow-up date, so your admissions officer opens one list each morning instead of scrolling a chat. When the family says yes, you enrol them from the enquiry itself.

  • New → In review → Contacted, ending as Converted or Rejected
  • Notes on the thread, so "ring back after Eid" is not in somebody's head
  • Repeat enquiries from the same mobile flagged, never refused
  • Enrol from the enquiry: the admission form opens already filled in

What a school gets out of it

Every enquiry in one list, owned by somebody, with a date against it
A conversion rate per advert, so next season's budget goes where it worked
Admission details typed once, by the parent, and never again
Documents collected up front instead of chased at the counter
A complete record of the season, exportable to Excel whenever you want it

Frequently asked questions

Do parents need an app or an account to fill in the form?

No. You share one link on forms.edflo.io and the parent opens it on whatever phone they have. No app to install, no account to create and no password to forget. That matters more than it sounds: the people answering an admission form are not your users yet, and every extra step loses some of them.

Can we see which advert or campaign brought us an admission?

Yes, and this is the part most schools have never had. Create a named link for each campaign, then Edflo reports views, unique visitors, starts, submissions and a conversion rate for each one separately. You find out not just how many enquiries you received, but which advert earned them and which wasted your money.

What happens to an enquiry after a parent submits it?

It arrives in Edflo immediately, beside your existing students. You can be emailed on every submission or sent one summary each morning. The enquiry gets a status, an owner and a follow-up date, and your admissions officer works from a list of what is due today rather than from a chat thread.

Does the enquiry have to be typed in again to enrol the student?

No, and removing that step is the reason this exists. Press Enrol on an enquiry and the admission form opens already filled in from what the parent answered, with the prefilled fields marked so your clerk knows what to verify rather than what to trust. Nobody retypes a name, a date of birth or a B-Form number.

Can parents upload documents with the enquiry?

Yes. Ask for the B-Form or birth certificate, a passport photograph, the guardian's CNIC or a previous report card, and parents send them from the camera roll. You decide what each question accepts, how many files and how large, and whether it is required at all.

Can a parent pay the admission fee on the form?

Not at the moment. The form collects the enquiry or application; the fee is raised through Edflo's fee module once the student is enrolled, where it posts to their ledger properly. If taking a fee at the point of application matters to you, tell us during the demo so we know how many schools are asking for it.

Is this an extra module we have to pay for?

No. Included in Premium at every school size, at no extra cost. No cap on how many forms you build, how many responses you collect, or how many campaign links you track.

Is it safe to collect children's details on a public link?

Every rule you set on the form is checked again on our servers rather than only in the browser, submissions are rate limited, and automated traffic is filtered out before anything is counted. Visitor counts are kept without cookies, so nothing is stored on the parent's device and the form needs no consent banner. Your school owns the data, and the full policy is published at /data-ownership.

Are the forms available in Urdu?

Not currently. Admission forms are built and answered in English. Edflo supports Urdu elsewhere in the product, and bilingual forms are planned rather than available, so we would rather tell you now than have you find out in February.
